Astanga Vinyasa Yoga:

Astanga yoga developed by renovend Yoga Guru K Pattabhi Jois, says without Ujjayii breath asanas are just exercise. Astanga Yoga stresses daily asana practice done with the application of the Ujjayii breath(victorious breath) and vinyasa (a flow of postures),including Bandhas(locks) and the Dristi(gazeing at specific points). It is physically demanding practitioners move through a series of flows jumping from one posture to another in order to prepare the body for spiritual pursuits.

Sivanada Yoga:

Sivanada Yoga is considered as one of the largest and oldest yoga schools in the world developed by Swami Vishnu-Devanada. Sivanada Yoga practice consists Twelve basic Yoga Asanas that seeks to increase strength,flexibility more focus on proper breathing(pranayama), relaxation(savasana) and concentarts on yogic diet and meditation.
